1. Token Description

FC-00-00-01 (FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP CLUB)

Round 1(R1)

Founders Membership Club
Membership Price is £5,000
Then, when Round 2 of funding for the respective company is achieved the Founder Member can choose to either receive:
1) £10,000 or
2) to receive £5,000 and £10,000 of tokens in the respective company.

Round 2(R2)

– Amount typically to be raised will be £50,000 to £100,000 (to Cover Capital Raising Costs)

Round 3(R3)

– Amount typically to be raised will be £150,000 + (Rockstar Platform or Other)

Round 4(R4)

– Amount typically to be raised will be £1million +

Round 5(R5)

– Amount typically to be raised will be into or through a Fund structure, Listed Fund, Secured Bond.
